10.7.2007 - Ice Skating

We went ice skating again, and had a blast. Greg and Roman had a lot of help learning from Markiel and Kristina. Those of you that didn't make it really missed out. See Pictures Here.

9.9.2007 - Selichot Lecture

THANKS to everybody who attended.

Roman Badalbayev lead a very interesting lecture about Rosh Hashanah, Selichot, and life in general. Arkadiy, Mikhial, Rachel, Malka and many others contributed a lot to the discussion.

9.3.2007 - Rochel's Birthday Party

Huge thank you to the Iskhakovs for inviting everyone to their house for a pool part/movie birthday party. A complete blast for everyone that came. See Pictures Here.

8.19.2007 - Boys VS Girls COOKOFF

As it says, a cookoff between guys and girls.

It was a very close competition but the girls took the prize with a menu of manti, fish, salads, and chocolate puff paistry dessert. See Pictures Here.

8.7.2007 - Six Flags

7.28.2007 - Shabbaton

  We had a Shabbaton that weekend with a youth lead service organized by Arkadiy Yadgarov. Arkadiy, Pinchas, and Mikhail read from the Torah. Arkadiy, Pinchas, and Ilya lead the services. (YOU GO BOYS). Rabbi Baroosan gave a lecture and joined us for Mincha.

We had a blast with plenty of food and fun games.

PURIM!!!!
We had a lot of fun doing a play for purim and a parade! pics are already available.

HUGE thanks to Eliyahu Iskhakov (Rachel's dad) for providing the truck and to Rachel and Mariya for decorations.

Alex invited everyone to help with his Eagle scout project. Tons of people showed up and together we made a 90ft. trail at Briarwood Park.

We met at the Yakubov's house and had a great time playing charades. BIG thank you to Alla Yakubova and her parents for inviting everyone.

Pizza, drinks, fun and learning.

--It seems we're getting more more people ever time. Special thanks to the rabbi for the pizza and the Yuriy and Bela Akbashev for the space. Also, Mr. Shimonov made a good offer for a self defense course type thing.

Social/Learning Session at TDSA

--Went fantastically, good turnout and it seemed everybody had fun. Mr. Yuriy Akbashev gave some very inspirational words of wisdom and D'var Torah.
